Welcome to Adracare Support

During a session you can view documents and questionnaires that have been associated with the appointment.

For documents, this means that they were uploaded either within the session or in the Shared Documents section of an appointment.

For questionnaires, this means that the questionnaire has been linked to the healthcare service for this appointment.

To view either, please take the following steps

1. Click on the paper clip icon in the upper left of the screen
   
   
   
   

2. From here, you can click on the file name to open it

   • Provider View
     • Providers also have the ability to delete a document by clicking the red 'X' under the Actions column
       
       
       
       
   • Client View with Client Portal Disabled
     
     
     
     
   • Client View with Client Portal Enabled
