If necessary, file uploads can be disabled on a per appointment basis.
Enabling the File Upload Toggle
By default, the ability to toggle file uploads is disabled for all organizations and will need to be enabled by the Adracare team. Once the feature is enabled by our team, you can enable/disable it by role type.
To enable this control on your organization, please take the following steps:
- Reach out to our team at support@adracare.com and request that we enable the feature
- Once enabled, as a provider admin navigate to Settings -> Access Management
- Select the role that you would like to add the ability to (ex. Provider)
- Locate the Enable or Disable Appointment File Uploads flag
- Click Enabled / Disabled to turn the feature on or off
When Enabled:
That role will now have a toggle on each appointment that will enable/disable file uploads for that appointment.
When Disabled:
The toggle will not appear on appointments.
Disabling File Upload on an Appointment
When the Enable or Disable Appointment File Uploads flag is enabled, the following toggle will appear on all appointments within the Shared Documents section.
Clicking the toggle will enable/disable file uploads for the appointment for all participants both within the session, and directly from the appointment details page.

Don't See the Toggle?
If the Enable or Disable Appointment File Uploads flag is disabled the toggle will be missing in the Shared Documents section.
Please follow up with someone who is a provider-admin on your organization to have the feature enabled.
