This article will provide you with step by step instructions on how to update the status of an appointment. Please note there are multiple ways to do this, you can do this from the Appointment Details page or from the Registration page.
Updating Appointment Status via the Appointment Details page
- Navigate to the client's "Appointment Details" page
- Select the dropdown option next to "Status", you can manually update this to the status that is required.
Updating Appointment Status after a call
- When leaving a session/call, if you select "Complete Appointment" this will automatically change the status of the appointment to "Completed". You can manually edit this by selecting the drop down menu next to "Status"
Updating Appointment Status from the Registration page
- Navigate to the "Registration" area of your platform and manually click and drag the appointments to change the status.
