Appointment invitations can be resent by providers and admin staff with access to the appointment. All participants can have the invitation resent, for clients and guests there is the additional ability to get copy the appointment link and their access code.
Resending an Appointment Invitation
- Navigate to the appointment details page
- This can be done by:
- Opening the appointment from the Calendar
- Opening the appointment from Appointments
- Opening the appointment directly from a client's profile
- This can be done by:
- Click on Manage Participants
- Click the three dots beside the participant's name
- Click Resend Invitation
Accessing the Appointment Link and Access Code
- Navigate to the appointment details page
- This can be done by:
- Opening the appointment from the Calendar
- Opening the appointment from Appointments
- Opening the appointment directly from a client's profile
- This can be done by:
- Click on Manage Participants
- Click the three dots beside the participant's name
- Click Copy Appointment Link
- Click Copy Access Code
- Forward the details to the participant by pasting them into an email for example
