Step 1: Open the Appointment
There are a few different ways to open an appointment, including:
From the Calendar
- Navigate to the Calendar
- Find and click on the appointment
From Appointments
- Navigate to Appointments
- Click on the date/time link
From the Client's profile
- Navigate to either All Clients or My Clients
- Locate the client by searching
- Click on their name to open their profile
- Click on the appointment on the Appointments card
Step 2: Update the Primary Provider
There are two ways to update the primary provider of the appointment.
From the Manage Participants Window
- Click Manage Participants
- Click the flag icon beside the provider's name to mark them as the new primary provider
From the Edit Appointment Window
- Within the Appointment Information portion on the left of the screen click on Edit
- An Edit Appointment window will appear
- Select the new primary provider from the dropdown
- Click Edit Appointment to save the changes
- If you do not want the participants to receive a change notification, uncheck Send update notification to participants
