Invoice Creation Improvement
To make it clearer which invoices are billable, we have made a visual improvement to the appointment selection dropdown in the invoice creation window.
Invoices are now separated into three categories:
- Billable Appointments: The 5 most recent appointments without an invoice
- Past Appointments: The last 20 appointments that are not billable. These appear regardless of invoice status
- Future Appointments: The next 20 appointments regardless of invoice status.

Billing Enhancement Third Party Payers
Plus plan users now have the ability to add a third party payer to the system to submit invoices to instead of the client, as well as to support payment splits between multiple payers.

Card on file Icon on Client's Profile
Powerhouse plan users will now see an icon indicating if a client has added a payment method to their account. Using our Stripe payment integration this means you can bill the client quickly and easily.

- Added a Provider Instructions field in a provider’s profile. This is a free text box where you can write anything that you want to advise your clients from a notification, based on the provider that is scheduled to the appointment. Access this by clicking your name at the top-right of the page > My Profile.

Use {{provider_patient_instructions}} in notification templates to include the text from this textbox in your notifications.
For example:
In Provider Instructions:
Provider 1: My office is Room 202. Please knock before entering.
Provider 2: Please contact me directly at ###-###-#### during business hours if you have further questions about your appointment.
Make sure {{provider_patient_instructions}} is added to the default appointment confirmation template.

- Fixed an issue where the toll-free number was not displaying in the virtual session settings (Gear icon). (US and Canada only)

Session Notes:
- We have introduced enhanced controls for Session Note Access
- “Session Note Collaboration - Editing”
- When Enabled (by default), the user role is able to access Edit and Delete Actions related to other provider’s Session Notes
- When Disabled, the user role is not able to access Edit and Delete actions corresponding to other provider’s notes
- “Session Note Collaboration - Read Only”
- Enabled (by default), the user role is able to access the Preview and View all Notes actions (plus the “Preview” button in the Fax modal)
- When Disabled, the user role is not able to access Preview and View all Notes action
Note: These new resources will not impact a user’s access their own notes.
Patient Profile (CPP):
- A new Intake Card might show in CPP for a new Intake Feature that is currently being developed.

Fixed issue with multiple confirmation notifications sending for recurring appointments.
Only one confirmation notification will be sent when recurring appointments are scheduled. Reminders will still be sent for all appointments prior to appointments.

- Updated verbiage on the platform "Patient(s)" will be replaced with "Client(s)".
Scheduling:
- Fixed an issue where if a provider and client profile have the same email and the provider profile is selected when adding them to an appointment, the client profile is added.
- Fixed an issue when creating a Follow Up appointment immediately after creating an appointment will add both clients to the Follow Up appointment
Documents:
- It is now possible to upload documents to your own provider account. Access this from Settings at the top right-side of the app under your name.
- Provider Admins, Office Staff, and Support Staff roles can now view and download other providers’ documents by accessing their account from "Providers".
Patient Payments:
- Clients will no longer be required to have an address in their profile to generate invoices and receipts.
Online Booking:
- Fixed an issue where the On Demand link did not show on the Online Intake Form.
